MyiDone.com - Repairs:
I offer repairs on phones which are software damaged. I do NOT repair water damaged phones or anything of that nature. If your phone says something like:
"CP Blank"
"MEM MAP MISSING"
"SW MISMATCH"
"CP CORRUPT. 4-5-6 to REPROGRAM"
or does things like freezing on powerup, I can repair this and many more issues. You MUST contact me in advance as this WILL require shipping the unit in.
Pricing on repairs vary per phone model. Here are the pricings for 1 individual repair for these models:
i930 / i920 - $50
i580 or i880 (including Boost models)- $50
i870, i860, i850, i760 (including Boost models) - $40
i830, i730, i710 (including Boost models) - $30
When shipping a phone or phones to me, I REQUIRE the following:
1. Per Phone being shipped, include repair price of phone IN CASH. The reason for this is because I may need to purchase parts and also need cash in hand to ship it back to you ASAP. Failing to do this will result in not seeing your phone for close to a month. Thats never a good thing.
2. Do NOT INCLUDE SIM!!! I cannot stress this enough. I do not need your SIM card in the phone for ANY reason.
3. Do not include Battery door. Don't include a battery door cover.
4. Include a fully charged Battery if possible. This speeds up the process.
5. Include your return address on a piece of paper. This is a must. All phones are returned back via USPS Priority with Signature confirmation and insurance.
6. Do not ship phone in its original box. Please ship it in something small. I do not wish to pay $15 to ship a phone back and lose half of the profit on shipping. If this is done, phone will be held until difference can be paid via paypal or will be shipped back without being repaired.
7. If I cannot repair the unit for any reason (very rare), the unit will be shipped back via USPS Priority along with the cash you had included in the package minus the cost of shipping.
