Privacy Agreement

All deals, purchases, and other private information including but not limited to Names, Addresses
emails, and other information that would be viewed as personal is not to be shared with ANYONE.
Violation of this agreement can have severe penalties including jailtime. No information of sales,
software, or purchasing information can be shared with third parties, including but not limited to
affiliate members of this site, our site hosting department, and etc. Also, any attempts in chargeback
or illegal attempts to obtain money back for a purchase and service you have been provided with will
result in your account and accounts directly related to your account to be suspended either indefinitely
or temporarily. There are no refunds for any software once its been delivered via email, messenger, etc

Software Licenses

You are partially responsible for all downloaded and purchased software. You agree to take
responsibility over said software. Said software cannot be transferred to any 3rd
party organization or anyone other then customer who purchased. You are not allowed
to share said software, coding, DLLs, EXEs or any portions of said software to ANYONE.
You are not allowed to reverse any of said software's code regardless of purpose to do so.
Some software comes with additional Licenses included in its installation path. If you are
caught and admit to using cracked versions of the software, there will be a clearance fee
and/or removal from the server indefinitely. Do not waste your money by using fake cracked
versions of software. There are many security features in these programs you do not know about.
You must keep an eye on this page regularly to see if any updates have been made. By replying to
any email, downloading any software given by any member on this or its sister sites, or by emailing
any fingerprints, or by installing user and key sequences, you agree with these terms.

Hardware Locks

Hardware locks lock applications to your PC's hardware at that point in time.
Any changes to said PC and said PC's hardware can trigger the fingerprint to
change, and hence require a new key because it would register as changed.

We are not responsible for changed hardware. Any changed hardware in applications
that are not supported by our online-security system require they be repurchased.
Some applications are given grace keys, meaning that if your hardware fingerprint
changes, you may be issued 1 or 2 keys. However, you must give valid reason and
proof to obtain grace keys. Additional keys would require repurchase.

Appending Rule

Any of these terms may be updated without your knowledge. Check back frequently.
If there are any updates that you do not agree with, you must delete the software
immediately. Uninstall all portions if you do not agree with newest terms. You
are required to keep an eye on this page.
